What is a 120%
Price Guarantee?
We make every effort to offer the
best products available at the best prices. If you find the same product listed
for less than what we're selling it for, click on the Price Match link next to
the product you're interested in. We'll lower our price by 120% of the
difference and email you when the new price is available... usually within the
same day!
- The item must be in stock in the same style, size and color.
- The website where you find the lower price cannot be an auction site.
- Shipping charges and taxes, if any, will be included when calculating the
price difference.
If I’m looking
for a specific item, how do I find it?
There are several ways to find a
product on our website. If you know the style number or the name of the shoe,
the easiest way to find the product is to use the search box at the top left of
the screen. You can also see all shoes from a particular manufacturer by
selecting the brand you're interested in in the box on the left side of the
screen. You can also use the categories menu found at the top of the page and on
the top left of the screen. Once you select a category you can also filter the
results by the brand you are interested in.
How does
Baumer's Footwear handle backorders?
We do allow you to place a
backorder for an item that is currently out of stock. If you place an order for
an item that is currently backordered, we will email you with the date your
purchase will ship, and will send the product to you as soon as it is available.
How do know I
which size to order?
We have
size charts for the
different brands we carry to help guide your decision. Every shoes fits a little
different though, so it's hard to always be right. We're more than happy to help

International
shipping?
In some cases we
will ship to Canada. For more information about international orders, email us

Sales tax?
We charge sales tax
on orders
shipped to Tennessee. All other orders are tax free.
Forms of
payment?
We accept MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Discover, & Money Orders. If you send a Money Order, please
note that your order will not ship until payment is received.
Online safety?
We always use industry-standard
encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged
with our site. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive
information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure
server. The presence of a lock symbol in the browser status bar will confirm
that we are using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect sensitive
data.
Group
ordering?
If you have a question about group
ordering please refer it to
info@baumersfootwear.com. We are more than happy to work with you on group
purchases.
Can I send
part of an order to one address and part to another?
We only allow one 'ship to' address
per order. To ship products to two different addresses you will need to place
two separate orders.
How do I
cancel an order?
Usually it's not possible because
we send out orders very soon after you place them. Send an email to
orders@baumersfootwear.com or
call us at (877)737-8778 and if the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it
for you. If an order has already shipped then it cannot be cancelled.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and can
be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. Our shipping rates only apply to the
48 contiguous states.
Does Baumer's
Footwear offer Expedited shipping?
We offer overnight
shipping via USPS Express Mail for a flat rate of $24.95 per order.
How long does it take
Baumer's Footwear to process and deliver an order?
Under most circumstances, orders
will ship out the same day and arrive in 3-5 business days. If there are any
complications, we will contact you.
What is your return policy and/or how do I return or
exchange a purchase?
Within 60 days you may return or exchange purchases
made on our website. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original,
undamaged packaging. Just complete the return form that we included with your
shipment, and mail your package to the address on the form. If you lost or
didn't receive a form, you can print one
here. Please note that
merchandise returned to Baumer's Footwear that does not meet these guidelines
will be returned to the customer at their expense. Shipping costs are not
refundable. Returns will be credited to the card originally used for purchase.
If exchanging for an item that costs more/less than your original purchase, a
charge/credit will be issued in the amount of the difference to the card
originally used for purchase.
Purchases are covered by a 1 year Manufacturer's Defect warranty. They are not
covered against normal wear and tear. If you have a product with a
Manufacturer's Defect, first obtain a Return Authorization
by logging into My Account
and opening the order that contains the defective item(s). Click on the link
that says 'Need to return this product?', and you will receive further
instructions on returning your order. Defective items will be repaired,
replaced, or issued original purchase price credit at our discretion.
Merchandise returned to Baumer's Footwear without a Return
Authorization will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Does BaumersFootwear.com offer gift wrap?
We usually do between November 15
and December 24. If this is an option, you will see it listed on the checkout page.
Does
BaumersFootwear.com sell gift cards?
We sell gift
certificates at our Memphis area retail stores that can be used for in-store
purchases. Online gift cards coming soon!
